address. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
You may also phone in your order with your credit card number and expiration date.

Exchange/Return Policy
All exchanges must be made within 14 days. SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN DYED, CUSTOMIZED, OR SOILED IN ANY WAY, CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND OR
EXCHANGE. No exchanges will be made until merchandise is received
ALONG WITH $8/PAIR RETURN SHIPPING/HANDLING.
Exchange/Return
Instructions
1. Shoes that are soiled, dyed, or rhinestoned cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Return shoes by UPS or Insured Parcel Post in original shoe box and wrapped (a cut up paper grocery bag works well).
3. Enclose $8 per pair shipping & handling on exchanges.
Add $2 for each additional pair returned.
4. Enclose a copy of credit card receipt and sales
receipt. Refunds & exchanges cannot be made without this info.
5. Enclose reason for exchange or
return.
6. The more info you provide, the faster we can process your order.
7. State type of refund: Must be same method as original payment.
